We bring home more money now than 4 years ago but we can’t afford what we afforded 4 years ago. 😭 We don’t order food, we don’t go anywhere that cost money & we are living paycheck to paycheck.

Yesss. We were upper middle class for our area. Now we are upper lower class what how did we go from putting money in savings and vacations to almost pay check to paycheck if we live the same way.

We bought a 5 bedroom house and my adult kids live here and we all spit everything so we all are not broke and stuggling have 16 acres so if prices ever go back they will build houses on the land

I grew up in poverty. pay to pay is normal for me. same with my husband. he makes over 100K. still pay to pay. he's been a career ff for almost 19 yrs.

I'm what we call upper poor 🤣 we live paycheck to paycheck pay all our bills but still have like $100 left after bills are payed but don't make enough to be off low income housing lolz

I definitely let my kids know that we are poor people nowadays… but they remember the good ole days, when we went on vacations and bought new shoes right away instead of needing to budget for them. 😞
