Get a bonnet or hair wrap for sleeping. Game changer. I use a Bambonn and I don’t have to refresh my hair at all.

To help with frizz, don't move your dryer up & down so strongly. You want to move the hair as little & as gently as possible. I actually turn off my dryer in between cupping & relleasing.

Wet your hair more and get a bonnet! They help between washes and also i just tried the WOW dream coat for curls spray and i love it! I really like the amika dream routine like for moisture!

Bonnet at night, wet the hair more. Try not using product after day 2 and see what it does, you'll just wet and scrunch til wash day. Also, try Skala.

@themegnickerson a big helps for me was buying a satin hair bonnet at night. It keeps the hair from getting frizzy . I also put it up in a scrunchy before putting on the bonnet .

It’s true, the more you wear it curly, the better your curls will get. Definitely get a silk bonnet & put your hair in a loose pony on top of your head while you sleep. It will preserve your curls!
