What if I have like a pea sized lump on the side of my neck that’s soft and moveable but been there for over a month and sometimes it goes down but then comes back up. It hasn’t grown though

What if they itch? I’ve had a ct scan and one biopsy but still have one on the left side of my neck that itches like crazy. They ruled out lymphoma for the one they biopsied. I’ve had it since 10/2023
