I refused to share graduates CVs to hiring managers so that they are objective in the interviews. I only shared them after interviews. Everyone deserves a chance regardless of their varsity

I disagree I saw Standard Bank reject students from Wits & UJ for a grad program after interviews & gave it to students from Univen & University of Limpopo. It’s subjective
