Hondas have a known issue to have bad torque converters I worked there for 10 years and v6 trans would do that. I don’t think it’s shop error unless you over haul the trans new fluid will mix

She didn't get it changed, she was probably just low cuz of a small leak and they topped her up only for it to keep leaking again.

1 those year range transmissions are known to fail. 2 trans fluid level is spot on the lower mark so they didn't cause the failure. 3 common misconception w/ those, you check them w/ the engine off.

Seen a lot of V6 Honda's that have transmission problems especially in the Odyssey. So I wouldn't necessarily blame Valvoline
