The difference is accountability, I don’t hear what’s said during staff meeting that’s on me, but if the student doesn’t hear what I said during class that’s somehow still on me

My mom (teacher for 25+ years) says the worst listeners are teachers. I followed her footsteps. The worst listeners are teachers. It's one of the reasons we do it, we like to talk.😂

I sit away from my teachers friends during staff meetings but I text them cracking jokes so you hear ppl random ppl giggling around the room because we are all separated but still talking on the low

We have minimal adult interactions all day/every day. Once we get around other adults, it’s really hard to *not* talk, especially if your teacher bestie is in a different PLC group.

Getting a group of teachers to be quite is THE WORST. I used to teach paint and sips for my Mom (teacher) and her co-workers, and I had to speak to them like children. 😂

We did team building at laser tag and when the staff was giving instructions he said “I never thought I would have to redirect teachers this much” 😂
