Stop putting so many tacks in the bottom of your row. It will help a lot with leaks and other weathered conditioned problems. Keep to the top since your going to shingle soon

If ice backs up from a clogged gutter, it can get under the drip edge and reach the plywood. Installing the ice and water shield first protects the plywood.
