Both epic hikes. Devil’s Garden in Arches has a couple parts that seemed scarier than both Angel’s Landing and Half Dome to me.

Hiker / backpacker here...no.interest in doing either. Whenever the risk of absolute disaster increases like that I'm out. Same with skiing, I'm just as happy skiing a blue as a dangerous double black

I value my life too much to do Half Dome. There’s other safe hikes that can give you the same views anyways- so it’s actually pointless

I live a few hours from Yosemite and I’m still wary of Half Dome but I climbed Angels Landing on a bachelorette trip last year 😂
