@mrskwackas: Old croissants? No problem!! Got this weird idea from renee so decided to give it a crack today! Croissant bread and butter pudding! 6 croissants chopped up and layered with nutella and raspberry jam if thats your thing 😏 1c milk 2/3cup cream 2 eggs 2tbsp melted butter 1/4c white sugar 3tbsp brown sugar 2tsp cinnamon 2tsp vanilla essence Mix it well then pour over the layered croissants, pus them down with a spoon so it all gets well soaked.
