My colleagues constantly complaining of being burnt out & tired. Found out yesterday she’s not taken any annual leave this year and has been told to book 22 days leave between now & dec 🙄

I hear this time and time again at work …. Being made to feel guilty about taking holiday which is part of an agreed salary . It’s a disgrace

Advice… leave work mobiles.laptops etc indoors 😝 Holiday means unreachable, no contact, nada 👎 I’ve been offered them and declined 😝

As a leader, you should let him or her take a break unfortunately but normally they prepare what you need before they off, that your responsibility to make sure all okay

I miss the days of having to phone into an urgent conference call at 11pm on a Friday night after having been in the pub all night 😄🍻🍻

I was on holiday in the Domican Republic, having to attend meetings on team redundancies whilst potentially being made redundant myself. Nightmare. Never again.
