DAY12｜ストレッチ・コンディショニング 昨日はまさかの初日より体重が増えていて このまま戻らなかったら企画破綻だなと思いながらも、 食事を抜いたり、急に運動量を増やしたりはせず、いつも通り過ごしたのですが、今日はある程度減らしたところまで割としっかり戻っていました😮‍💨 やっぱり体重って毎日一定に減っていくものじゃなくて 水分量や食事量、塩分、消化中のものなどでも変わるので、本当に1日の数字に一喜一憂しすぎないことが大事だなと改めて実感🙂‍↕️ そして今日は、頑張って追い込むというより ストレッチ＆コンディショニングで身体を整える日🧘🏻‍♀️ 痩せるために「もっとやらなきゃ！」だけじゃなくて、 ちゃんと休んで整えながら続けることも大切にしてます🤍 お盆太りからのリセット生活も残り2日🔥 DAY13へ▶️ #ダイエット #リバウンド #ストレッチ　#脚痩せストレッチ
