Ingredients: - 6 Eggs - 1 can of Evaporated Milk - 3/4 cup of Sugar - 1/2 tsp Salt - 3.5 cups of Glutinous Rice Flour - 1 can of Jolly Coconut Cream - 1/2 cup of Ube (Optional) - 1/2 cup of Macapuno (Optional) - Cheese for topping - In a bowl, beat 6 eggs. - Add your evaporated milk, sugar, salt, and your glutinous rice flour. Mix slowly! - Pour a can of Jolly Coconut Cream! - Spray baking oil on your bibingka pans. - Place your bibingka batter in the pans. Add your preferred fillings! For us, it was ube, macapuno, and cheese. - Bake it at 350F for 18 minutes. - Once out of the over, coat it with butter.
