It does work, my sleep is so much better. My body feels instantly calm when I put them on. Yes occasionally you wake up to find it stuck to the pillow 😂

I started using these last week. They have significantly improved my sleep and I feel rested and fresh minded on waking. Finally able to wake up without having 20 alarms in the mornings
