@foodwithbearhands: Yolky Ramen Eggs 🥚🥢 Recipe ⤵️⤵️⤵️ Before I get into the recipe be sure to check out my new Knife “Bear Hands Cleaver” 🔗 in my B!0 🔪👊🏼 @THE COOKING GUILD There is tons of recipe for these Marinated Eggs and most use Mirin a sweet Japanese Rice Wine but I don’t feel it’s needed and I know most of you have the ingredients below. 👇🏼 Ingredients: 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp Sriracha @Melinda’s Hot Sauce 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar 2 oz Water How to: 1. Boil your eggs for exactly 6 1/2 minutes setting a timer 2. Then plunge in an ice bath to stop the cooking process 3. In a bowl add Soy Sauce, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Sriracha, Rice Vinegar, and water and stir 4. In a jar add in your eggs and pour over your marinade 5. Marinate for 2 hours minimum or best overnight 6.
