I would put a divider or curtain in between beds for privacy at night and tie curtain back during the day.

Real Life Architecture :
At a certain point we have to admit there is only so much we can do as Architects. Redesigning the room misses the point. We need to redesign the economy so this doesn’t happen in the first place.
