@livableweightloss: Breakfast: 2 large eggs + 3 servings of eggwhites, 2 smoke sausage (needed to get rid of them) - i usually eat chicken sausage from Costco b/c its less calories & high protein Lunch: turkey burger on gluten free wheat bread, 2 servings of Wal Mart’s frozen steak fries Dinner: russet potato, pulled chicken w/ sf brown sugar bbq sauce, protein ranch, sprinkle of cheese Drank 100oz water & 1 diet coke #protein #proteinmeals #highproteinmeals #highprotein
