Sea moss really doesn’t taste that bad. I find it tastes every so SLIGHTLY like cardboard but i think people react more to the texture, its kinda weird

in Trinidad we use sweetened condensed milk and normal milk with some spices like cinnamon and nutmeg and blend it with the sea moss for a yummy drink if you want to try it

It would probably be pretty good in ramen, especially if it's a simple dashi broth since the seaweed flavour would already be present... It'd just change the texture a bit if it melts nicely
