I’m a lawyer and I guarantee this means the parties reached a settlement. The website you referenced is for criminal actions, this is a civil case. (1)

People shouldn’t speculate or assume. Nothing in the dismissal does it say there was a settlement.I did not pay her any money and I wholeheartedly disagree with her choice to sue me in the first place

These are filed when the parties settle the case as well - you privately reach an agreement but then have to go dismiss the lawsuit since you’ve resolved.

If it’s a joint stipulation it’s almost certain they settled and a judge has not made any determination, joint stipulating just means both parties are agreeing to do this
