Those are two completely different things? They don’t tolerate drug use, they treat it as a medical issue and try to help. Inappropriate behaviour isn’t a medical issue, it’s just a disappointment

They were lucky they only had fines and game suspensions. Any other work place and they’d be fired for doing this at a work event. Also absolutely insane take considering the AFL literally have a respect round.
