You can reduce all the sugar you want. The problem diabetics face is the total carbs. Carbs break down into sugars during digestion. 1 bag of those is 9 units of insulin for me.

I feel like claiming it won’t spike blood sugar is a false claim though, I’ve been type 1 diabetic for 23 years and if I ate anything with 36 carbs in it then my sugar would spike w/o insulin…
