I like both versions of Galadriel……The Ralph Bakshi one is like the blue fairy from Pinocchio cause she helps guide Frodo but not give all the answers like a mother does with her child.

Laughing is actually so important to the scene! There are several moments in the books where characters are tested & laugh as a way to release tension and pull away from the ring, if I remember right

I always loved Bakshi’s Galadriel, her scene here was so unsettling. Without all the flash like in the PJ trilogy you just had your imagination to tell you exactly how bad she could have become.
