Fluffy sourdough pizza crust⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you have a sourdough starter you need to try this delicious fluffy sourdough pizza!! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Try it and tag me!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ d’EATs⁣⁣ -720g bread flour⁣⁣ -100g active bubbly starter⁣⁣ -500g warm water⁣⁣ -9g salt⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ How to:⁣⁣ Start by mixing your starter and water until combined. Add in your flour and salt and mix to combine. Cover and set aside for 1 hour ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ After 1 hour do 1 round of stretch and folds. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes and complete your 2nd round of stretch and folds. Continue your stretch and folds every 30 minutes for 5 rounds. ⁣⁣ *I have a detailed video saved in my highligjts*⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Once your 5th round of stretch and folds are done cover and let rise on the counter for 6-8 hours or until doubled. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Once your dough has doubled you are ready to use!! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Stretch your dough into a circle leaving about 1” thick.
