I believe what happened was white team grabbed the ball before it hit the floor under the net there. like before the point was complete..

spiker could hit after block touch. but she did double touch. it wasnt one action play, so refa are wrong. oponent can take ball before it hit grounds because play was ended with doubletouch 😏
