@meatkingz: Dr Pepper hotdog burnt ends 🎉 Recipe ⤵️ -set smoker or grill at 350 degreee -Brine hotdog in Dr Pepper for 3 hour to overnight OPTIONAL -remove from brine and rub with mustard as a binder and dust with your favorited bbq rub -place in smoker for 20 minutes flipping half way through -meanwhile get your Dr Pepper bbq sauce ready in a pan over medium high heat combine 1 cup of ketchup, 1 cup of Dr Pepper, 1/4 cup of worchestershire sauce, 2.5 tbsp brown sugar , 2 tsp of your favourite bbq rub and bring to simmer about 10 mins -remove hotdog from smoker, cut into bite sizes and cover with 1 stick of cubed butter and bbq sauce and return to smoker for another 20-25 minutes until bbq sauce thickens -enjoy #hotdog
