Protein courses included 3 types of fish and 11 different types of pork, lamb, beef and charcuterie. The menu changes day to day, guest to guest. By the end you are served dozens of different fruits, vegetables, fish, meats, breads, eggs, desserts and more. They even send you home with a loaf of fresh baked sourdough bread.
