Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time :10 minutes Serving: 3 pax Recipe Ingredients: 2 tbsp grated coconut (Roasted) 1 lemon (remove the skin, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces) 2 - 3 Japanese cucumber skins (wash, wipe and slice)  1 red chili (slice) 1/2  onion (sliced) 2 tbsp dry vegetarian shrimp Salt as needed Method:  1. First,roast the grated coconut until brown and set aside. Let cool. 2. Cut all other ingredients such as lemon, cucumber skin, onion and red chili. 3. Then, put it in a bowl. 4. Add vegetarian dried shrimp, salt and grated coconut that has been roasted. Mix well and taste. If less can be adjusted according to your taste and ready to serve.
