There are some rich people that use transit however most people that use transit have low 2 moderate incomes & r likely struggling 2 pay absurd Vancouver rent prices, excessive grocery prices, etc.

Students get a free pass for going to uni.. which means they forgot their pass and didn’t pay to ride so they should be ticketed. Better a ticket back to their country 👍🏼
