If you are having migraines even remotely regularly and are on birth control, PLEASE talk to your obgyn. Recent studies have shown increased risks on the combination pill. Had to switch 6 yrs ago.

I had a migraines multiple days a week back in 2021. I finally got put on an antidepressant after trying to deal with it for almost a year and it helps a lot, but I still get 1-2 a month.

I’ve had migraines since i was super young. Sometimes they’re so bad that I’d hoped i was dying so it would stop. Not a great time 👍

If you can, it can often be worth seeing your GP and getting a referral to a neurologist. There are lots of meds out there and the new ones tend to be pretty effective. They’re expensive if insurance

A lot of suggestions so far, i hope one helps! Have you heard of binocular vision dysfunction? I suddenly had daily migraines in my late 20s and it turned out to be an eye problem

1) My sincerest condolences. Migraines suck, & I wouldn't wish them on anyone. 2) My optometrist & neurologist had to work together to alleviate most of mine. Maybe start there?

mine started about the same time, and I just slept them off thinking they were no big deal start a migraine log and talk to a doctor now, they'll continue to get worse and more frequent 😳
