think first, WHY DID IT BURN? just straight replacement leads you in a circle which next time the circumstances are met it will most likely repeat and may burn WORSE.

if transistor TIP 42 burned out, find couse, do not put same resistor (47 Ω) with diff. power (higher or lower curent flow), or you may burn printed circuit bord? 🤣
