Simple changes… Sorted ✅ I promise you, health does not need to be complicated. If you’re someone who is overwhelmed or doesn’t know where to start, I try my best to simply it for you 🤝 Diet is without a doubt the number one most important thing for your health in my opinion. Start by eating single ingredient foods instead of packaged foods with a list of 30 ingredients that sound like a science experiment.  There’s no one size fits all. Some foods may agree with you and some may not. Pay attention to how you feel after eating certain foods and make changes from there.  I personally eat high fat/protein diet and then add in some carbs based on how active I am. I view food from a nutrient perspective though rather than calories/carbs/fat/protein. I’ve been eating this way for so long, and know my body so well that I don’t even have to think about those things anymore. I’m thinking about eating foods that are going to give my body the nutrients it needs everyday. The moral of the story is eat whole food and not ultra processed food. You don’t have to go crazy with exercise either. If you’re someone who dreads working out then literally just walk everyday. Walk 10k steps everyday. You don’t need to do some ridiculously intense workout. Just start with walking and think about it as daily movement.  And yes, I think lifting weights is important. All you need is a few days a week though and you don’t have to be in the gym for hours at a time. Even just doing some pushups and pull ups throughout the week is a great place to start. Basic daily movement. All you need. Morning and afternoon sun. I’m not saying go out and bake in the sun for hours on end. Get some sun first thing in the morning and a little in the afternoon if you can. It rips. So good for you. Will just make you happy.  #eatrealfood #dailymovement #morningsun
