Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes @Siete Foods cassava taco shells 1 lb ground chicken Lettuce shreds Juice of 1/2 lemon 3 tbsp @Good Culture cottage cheese 1 tbsp tahini 2 tbsp @Primal Kitchen Foods dijon mustard 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tsp @Mike’s Hot Honey 1/3 cup parmesan cheese 2 tsp coconut aminos 1 clove garlic Seasonings: onion powder, salt, pepper, basil for topping Instructions: 1. To make caesar dressing, add cottage cheese, tahini, dijon, vinegar, juice of lemon, honey, coconut aminos, garlic, salt and pepper to a blender and blend until smooth 2. Season chicken with seasonings and mix well 3. Smash ground chicken onto taco shell, then cook on castiron (@Lodge Cast Iron ) until fully cooked, flipping halfway through 4.
