@sarahsarpolis: This is a Farm-to-Table Dining Experience You Can’t Miss ✨ The moment you step inside the aroma of wood-fired goodness hits you, thanks to their Palvesi oven from Italy. 🍽️🔥 Their farm-to-table commitment shines in every bite. Every cut of Wagyu beef and Berkshire pork is raised humanely without antibiotics or hormones on their very own Rancher’s Reserve in Okeechobee, FL adding a whole new level of respect for the meal. They use locally sourced products and every bite was fantastic. The Burrata paired with orange was such a great twist, the Mushroom bowl was insanely delicious; Lions Mane is definitely my new favorite 🍄‍🟫. The Pineapple with the Shrimp & Avocado was such a fresh taste and I always love a Taro Root Chip. The Cobia Coconut Curry was so good and I don’t typically like anything curry related, and both the Smoked Picanha & Flank Steal were delicious. We also tried 2 of the Wine Flights which perfectly complimented our meal. 🌿🍷 And somehow we managed to indulge in their Homemade Cheesecake which was almost too pretty to eat. If you’re craving a dining experience that’s truly local, sustainable, and full of flavor, Fern in West Palm Beach is where it’s at.
