@mckenzie.mack: underconsumption 🛍️🛒💸 things I LOVE spending money on: • my cats (toys, food, anything really) • my skincare staples • high quality work out clothes - I will only replace items that have been worn out, but when I do I love to splurge on higher quality items • my mattress!! I have a tempur pedic and it’s been one of the best things I’ve spent money on • my Dyson vacuum - totally unnecessary but it makes vacuuming fun LOL where I embrace underconsumption: • home decor (I have almost none and don’t feel like I need any) • clothes - I probably buy 5 items a year and it’s mostly to replace things I have worn out. I only buy shoes once I have ran them ragged (only exception is for running shoes, I replace them after their 400-500 mile limit so I can avoid getting injured) • razors - at home wax only for me! • water bottles - the only water bottles we own are ones we got for free from events or work #underconsumption #underconsumptioncore #personalfinance #spendingmoney
