@dr.kavita.t: Replying to @k its normal for the breasts to not to feel full and hard and achy once breastmilk supply regualtes!!! So it’s actually a great thing! If your brests do feel full - not to worry - unless yoy have blocked ducts - thats an indicator of inflammation #Breastfedbaby #newborn #milksupply #babytiktok #momcozy #spectra #medela #breastpump #ftm #fyp #babysleep #infantsleep #babystuff #breastfeed #baby #newmum #maternity #doctorsoftiktok #lactationconsultant #lactation #colostrum #breastfedbabe #breastfedbabyprobs #lactationconsultant #birth #pregnant #pumpingmom #MomsofTikTok #postpartum #postpartumbody #newbornbaby #newborn
What about after not pumping from 9pm-6 am ? I still wake up engorged but thought that was normal since they’re just full

I’ve just been prescribed Motilliem (spelling?) as my 4 week old is not gaining quick enough. I’m struggling as I have him feeding 2hrly during the day and 3hrly overnight. Top ups are unsuccessful

I know this is true and it still makes me nervous every time it happens. I’ve doubted myself with each 5 of my babies. And then I call a lactation consultant and they remind me we are fine 🥰

What is considered “normal output”? My baby definitely has pees where he pees enough to “trigger” the diaper “pee sensor” but I wouldn’t consider them to be heavy diapers.

Is this also the case when feeding twins? I’m exclusively breastfeeding 8 week old twins and my breasts still get really full/hard at times (especially early in the morning)

6 weeks pp and my milk supply has decreased dramatically. I am getting menstrual symptoms. Will my mill supply go back? I increased my pumping times but it hasn’t helped much

I am 18 weeks. I have been continuing to work on supply. I’m still leaking out of the breast that produces more. What do you think the reason for that would be?

If I haven’t fed baby for 5 hours my boobs leak. But I only produce about 70ml in a pump so I don’t think I’m oversupplying. But Bub also has frothy poos? Confused
