To new homeowners, you will get old, dont turn anything that is pretty much maintenance free into something that isn't. You will have enough to take care of anyhow! 🤔

It’ looks great another upgrade in Miami also. Miami’s modern style gets better everyday. This is one of them. After the paint we put a massive clear sealant. Not to judge. Beautiful & nice🫶🏽♥️
