As an older man I found my hair thinning and my fingernails painfully splitting. I tried bovine collagen and got really great results thicker hair and an end to nail problems. I saw marine collagen advertised as being better than bovine and switched to the marine type. Before I finished the first pack I noticed my hair beginning to thin out again and my nails splitting again. I’ve been back on beef collagen again for a few months and all is well again. Marine collagen isn’t as beneficial as claimed.
