imo it gets exponentially easier if you have friends or companions in a similar situation, and on top of that imo it gets easier if you live in a more accepting/diverse place.

i'm pretty sure "in corporate" they usually have a better diversity policy and it's easier than small companies also the struggle starts after u finish apprenticeship and start climbing the 🪜
