Next, add in the prawns and cook on each side for 3 - 4 mins till nicely pink and set aside. 4. Pour in the pasta (with some pasta water) and coat with the garlic infused butter. Add seasonings and herbs as desired, along with the soy sauce and the prawns. 5. Finish and serve with shredded mozzarella and a wedge of lemon! 6.
