@davesmarketplace: Apple Cider Pulled Pork Sandwiches Prep time: 10 min., Cook time: 10 min., 6 servings 6 pretzel rolls 1 cup applesauce 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp salt/pepper 1 lb Dave’s BBQ Pulled Pork Apple Cider Slaw: 8oz (1 bag) red cabbage, shredded 1 granny smith apples, grated ½ lemon, juiced ¼ cup Greek yogurt ¼ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup apple cider 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard 1 tbsp honey ¼ tsp salt/pepper ½ tsp celery seed - Make the slaw dressing: whisk together the lemon juice, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt/pepper, and celery seed. - Add in the cabbage and apples to the slaw dressing. Set aside. - In a large sauté pan, over medium-high heat, add the applesauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, honey, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk and bring to a boil - Add the BBQ pulled pork and bring to a simmer to heat through. - Build the sandwiches with the shredded pork and apple slaw. Enjoy
