@catchingmadesimple: STOP COLLAPSING YOUR KNEE 🚨 I did this through my whole playing career and never knew it was an issue 🤦🏻♂️ Collapsing your knee is when the back knee pushes towards the front knee rather than going up and around ↶ This is bad bc it doesn't hold the force through the posterior chain⛓️💥 (AKA the back muscles) at least that's how I understand it🤷🏻♂️ Instead, focus on strengthening your glutes so they can hold the force 💪🏽 and working on your form so you can transfer it as effectively as possible 💯 Now you can throw harder AND healthier 😊 #baseball #softball #throwing
