@homegrownkosher: Roasted Cauliflower Ingredients: 24 oz frozen cauliflower florets, defrosted* 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp Kosher salt 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder Freshly ground black pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat oven to 430 Fahrenheit Place cauliflower florets on a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Dry off cauliflower (and parchment paper if any water has dripped onto it) with paper towels until mostly dry. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over cauliflower and mix well to coat completely. Spread florets out evenly on pan with space between each one. Roast for 25-30 minutes until done. If making a double recipe (in two pans!) switch pans halfway through roasting. * Defrost at room temperature or in microwave, be sure not to cook them if using microwave, just defrost! #homegrownkosher #homecooking #cauliflower #vegetables #vegetable

I always blanch, broccoli and cauliflower. It kills any bugs that are on there, and then I rinse it fine and it’s good. Also locks in the green color if you plunge it into ice water after.
