I would recommend starting only doing it every three days for a week or two and then slowly start to increase the nights you use it. Especially if you have sensitive skin ☺️

it could be the cicaplast causing minor breakouts as well, it has multiple very pore clogging ingredients in it.

i apply my moisturizer - tretinoin - moisturizer each 5-10 minutes apart and it really helps with dryness/ irritation!!
