Viral chicken curry from Noodle Broadbeach!! I had this on holidays and I’ve thought about it everyday since 🤤 this was rated 10/10 from my family, this is now a stample in our household!!  Ingredients  4 cups of Basmati rice 180g Butter 6tbsp yellow paste  2 cans coconut milk  2 can coconut cream  3tsp onion powder  3tsp curry powder  1tbsp garlic paste 2tbsp brown sugar 2tbsp cornflour  Slice onion  3tbsp chicken stock  1.5g chicken breast Salt & pepper  2 bok coy  Spring onions Chilli oil Abc sweet soy sauce  Method  Rice: Add your rice to rice cooker, be sure to clean the rice prior to adding water, add 1 litre of water and turn it on.  Sauce: add to a pot, the butter and yellow curry, mix until combined, add in coconut milk and cream and stir until combined. Add onion powder, curry powder, garlic paste and brown sugar and mix over heat until combined. Allow it to sit over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add cornflour to thicken it up.  Chicken: add boiling water to a larger pot, add chicken stock, salt and pepper and onions. Once it has boiled add your chicken, leave it for 18-20 minutes (check your chicken at 18 minutes, as the bigger breast needed longer) once your chicken is cooked slice up your chicken.  Veggies: steam your bok coy. Slice up string onions.  Serve with rice, we add the ABC sause to our rice made it sweet, bok coy, chicken, yellow sauce top with spring onions and chilli oil if you like a bit more spicy!
