Absolute pisstake, I'm forever having the same issue as I live near a field that is used for football matches 2 or 3 times a week. Police barely do anything besides call the owner. I had someone block my drive for 24hrs, 5 times the owner was called by the police and not once did the police say they will come and have it towed, when I suggested it, I was told they can't do anything as it is a "civil matter"
