From around six months, most babies can reach their feet and put them in the mouth. If a baby has a tendency to extend/arch the body, it can, however, be quite difficult to reach this milestone. Here’s one of my best tips to help your baby do this if it doesn’t come quite so naturally. Put one or two colored bag clips on your baby’s sock(s) and see how exciting their feet suddenly become. ❗️Make sure you don’t leave your baby alone with the bag clip, as they can then be a potential choking hazard❗️ You’ll find all my tips and exercises for arching babies (and flat head) in my online video based program “Develobaby - Back Dominance”.
