@askvinh: If you want to raise your voice without sounding angry, you need to add 2 things to your delivery - melody and facial expressions. Without melodic variety in your voice, you just sound like you're screaming. And without facial expressions you can be perceived as angry. I think of it like when you are editing Audio, if you increase the Pitch of a sound it shortens the sound and vice versa, raising your voice without extending the sound is abrupt, melody extends words
