I am 7 weeks post op from left total knee replacement. Therapy began 3 days post op bending at 95 that day. I now bend at 140 degrees and can go back to work in a week. Do not give up! Keep at it

I had Both knees done at the same time a year ago never give up on your physical therapy even though it hurts. It’s worth it now. I’m pain-free for the first time in 20 years.🥰

Take those pain meds every six hours! The key is to stay ahead of the pain and keep working on physical therapy.

Amen . I'm 3 months post op on my left knee replacement and now I'm 2 weeks and 3 days post op on my right knee . Oh my goodness this first three weeks of both were the the toughest weeks .

I had both knee replacement operation 1st in 2020 2nd 2021 ,very challenging when have.to visit Physiotherapist but it helps wit recovery fast.I am back to my aerobics classes.

I'm week 5 post op TKR. First 2 weeks were actual hell. I'm now at 116* and 124* with help. Broke me a few times but it gets better, keep pushing

l had mine done two years ago. My leg went black, blue, purple from all the bruising. l did all the exercises but still having problems. Not happy at all with mine.
