I can't get past the amount of stuff on there and it's not mobile friendly. I don't want to have to go to my laptop everytime I think of something. I use Google to do lists, calendars etc and it works. notion is waaaayyy too much work

Do you feel like your body is the Grim Reaper and it’s coming for your livelihood? You see when you’ve been in pain for any amount of time especially over 6 months, your brain begins to store memory of it and the synapses begin reinforcing that pathway until it becomes a super Highway that receives excessive signals to, even in the absence of physical injury. In this video, I show you a very simple start a strategy that will do two things… 1.) Make you aware of the fact that your mind can produce your pain.. 2.) Start building the mental resilience needed to control what you feel when you feel it.
