Message us "Hip" and we will send you a no cost hip series with mobility exercises and massages for the hips. So you can decrease pain and improve mobility in your hips! A general rule of thumb - if you know the anatomy of a muscle, you can easily stretch and strengthen it. Problem is... not everyone knows the origin, insertion, and action of a muscle. I have several steel rods attached to bolth femur bones ,due to severe motorcycle accident , also shattered botlh knee caps ,broke 13 ribs ,bolth hands , I get a lot of pain in my legs still
