if you have a tight pelvic floor and tmj, and you train your jaw to stop clenching, would it also cause you to not tighten your pelvic floor?

I was given a small ‘wand’ and you stick it up and massage the muscles. That helped me loads… this not so much, but if it does for you much easier!

I rolled my eyes I feel like nothing has been helping me since my DV trauma i just can’t unclench always bracing myself. Then immediately did it and it worked! And man I must have been clenching for awhile because I actually felt pressure relief!
